C&C Strategic Consulting builds full-stack web apps, AI agents, and automation systems for clients. We need a semi-autonomous contractor who can take a project brief and own delivery end-to-end.

What a Typical Project Looks Like
What We're Looking For
AI-Assisted Development — Advanced in Claude Code, Antigravity, or similar. AI is your primary workflow, not a supplement.
Full-Stack Web Development — React, Vite, Supabase, Next.js, Laravel. Stack-flexible — you research what fits each project.
Edge Functions & Serverless — Supabase Edge Functions, Vercel serverless, or equivalent.
Custom AI Logic — Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic APIs into apps. Build intelligent features, not just chatbots.
n8n / Automation — Build and connect workflows. Understand how backend automation ties into the apps you build.
Structured Dev Process — Comfortable with GSD plugin, PRDs, phased execution, atomic commits. No cowboy coding.
Self-Directed — Take a brief, figure it out, deliver. If you need constant direction, this isn't the role.
Nice to Haves:
- Mobile app development (React Native, Flutter)
- Traditional software engineering background
- DevOps — Docker, CI/CD, deployment automation
- Advanced database design (migrations, RLS, performance)
- Go High Level (GHL) CRM experience — close to essential
- Prior agency or freelance experience
